The gym is not the place where you should impress everyone with your outfits and stylish accessories. However, a certain style must still be observed and followed. Let`s discuss it below.
What to wear?
Gym clothes should be of high quality. There is no need for fancy rivets on the sides, heaps of pockets, colorful stripes and prints. Down with all hoods, other detachable and interfering parts! Select a simple, strictly fitting sweatsuit for your figure: jacket and trousers. Trousers should not be long and hinder your movements. Of course, a tracksuit should be light, elastic and skilfully maintain thermal balance.
The material should be as breathable as possible (cotton, synthetic, laminated cloth). The percentage of the material (or composition) is approximately as follows: 70-75% cotton, 10-15% polyester, 5-10% elastane. A sweatsuit should not fit the body tightly and restrict your movements. Otherwise, it will slow down the metabolic process and, in addition, may disrupt normal blood flow.
Of course, training clothes should change depending on the period/seasonality of your sessions. Explore Anax Fitness clothes!
Footwear
Shoes should provide reliability when supporting the foot, have a hard back and be flat. There should be no rolling in the profile from toe to heel, otherwise you can nod and fall forward with each squat.
Undergarments
The main thing is that the material breathes, i.e. it is as natural as possible (cotton, viscose, a minimum of synthetics). It is such clothes that perfectly absorb sweat and do not irritate the body. Give up the white color, even if it suits you.
